Blech Beard is a Madball introduced in Art Asylum Series 2. He was originally depicted as an ugly pirate with pus dripping from his eye, a red eyepatch, a hook holding up his eyelid, and a purple bandanna tied on his head, but as of his cancelled release in Just Play Blind Bags Series 3, he is now depicted as a greenish pirate skull with missing his left eye, he still has skin on his right side with an angry eye, he now has a pirate cap, and green beard with tentacles coming out of his mouth.

Blech Beard laughs at the exploits of Black Beard, he rolls his eyes at the supposed meanness of Red Beard, and Davy Jones is a little too dainty for his taste.
